Alan Lucas, Principal of Lucas Real Estate, has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1982, opening his first office in Capalaba in 1986.

With a well established office in Capalaba, another office was opened in Victoria Point in 2004, with Alan’s wife Janice as Principal. Within six months, the office was operating ahead of budget and it is now recognised as a leading office in the area. With the success of Lucas Real Estate they are continuing to expand further within the Redlands.

Lucas Real Estate has won numerous awards to date, some of which include the Redlands Chamber of Commerce ‘Business Achievement Award’ three years in a row entering them into the Hall Of Fame and Alan Lucas himself was awarded with the ‘Redlands Australian of the Year’ award in 2005.

The company continues to support local community groups and organizations including the Redlands Easter Family Festival, Redlands Junior Rugby League Club and The Cage Youth Group just to name a few.
